I visited on 1/8, I had a mobile order to pick up and it was not yet completed when I got there. The gentleman greeted me as I walked in and let me know he was working on it and would have it done asap. They were very busy and it was just him and 1 other coworker trying to manage the all the orders. They did a great job and were very kind and professional. I specifically come to this location because they almost always provide exceptional service!

Whoever the young guy working here with the curly unkempt hair is, you need to get rid of him. I just walked in here and told them I had a mobile order. He got an attitude and said everyone and their mom wants to place a mobile order. Sorry that I was using an online feature that is available. I will never come back here.

I ordered online and they only made half my order. They told me to go to the end of the line if I wanted the rest of my order. I didn't want to do that so I said forget it and walked out. The guy was rude and wouldn't even look at my phone to see my order. He pushed the bag at me and didn't say a word. I won't return to this location ever again. I should of known better because the time before that they gave me rock hard bread and I had to take everything out of it and put it on regular bread I had at home. I don't recommend this place at all.

I went here with a 100 dollar bill and ordered my food, the one guy working took my hundred and checked it with a marker and said it was fake. My bf who knows how to see if the bill is fake or not with the marker saw the bill and the marker was clear meaning it was real, so the guy was lying and tried saying we cant get the bill back and he has to take it my bf knowing he was lying said no and took the bill back from him. We left and went to another store and had them check it, it was 100% real and the man at subway was lying and tried pocketing my 100$ bill. The cops were called and they said theres nothing they can do, the other employee was called and she pretty much said she doesnt care and was very rude and hung up on us.
