The staff was overwhelmed. It took an unusually long time to get through the drive-thru. Staff was polite and even apologetic. The food was merely average.

Worst Fast Food ever I buy 2 biggie bag and I change my fries for baconator fries and the manager was yelling at me about I’m not supposed to change my fries for my baconator fries this fast food it’s horrible

Food was good but whoever was taking orders for the drive through today at 2pm 4/3 was rude as hell. If you work customer service, HAVE some customer service instead of trying to make everyone else feel bad for ordering food at YOUR job.

We had coupons and didn’t know we had to say that when we ordered the food, we told them at the window her name was Susan, she rolled her eyes all we had was 3 it’s not like it was that much of an inconvenience… but she didn’t say a word and basically shut the window in my best friends face.. then once she opened.. treated him like a child. I’ve worked customer service my whole life if you are having a bad day and take it out on a customer especially a nice kind customer… get a different job… Susan.

The lady at the drive thru was very rude. I won't be going to this location again.
This Wendy’s location in particular has the longest drive thru wait and very poor customer service. I try at all cost to avoid this loc. ☹️

I've gone to this location a few times over the last 3-4 months and each time I go they say their system is down and they can't take orders. On my previous visit, I just got back into town from a wrestling tournament and it was around 10pm when I went to the drive-thru. They came over the intercom and said they couldn't take orders.
The same thing happened tonight when I attempted to go. The difference was that I ordered ahead of time on the website and paid. I got to the drive-thru and was given the same story. I mentioned that this was like the 3rd time that this had happened and the guy said, "It's the NCR System, and when it goes down there's nothing we can do." That might be the case, but surely I'm not so lucky that this only happens when I decide to try to eat there. And to be told that I now have to send an email to request a refund is super odd when I had the receipt showing I paid. I guess they could have shut the kitchen down, but that seems like the norm there now.
I witnessed multiple vehicles pull to the intercom only to leave empty handed. I can't imagine their okay with losing so much business. I probably won't go back to that location, but Wendy's is still okay.
