I usually am ok with Wendy’s food but today made realize I have to stop eating here. Today I ordered a 4pc tenders meal and could not believe how inedible the strips were. Not only that it was super greasy. It’s as if they dumped the already cooked strips in more oil to warm them up. Yikes!

I ordered a sandwich and a chili a while back, but didn't notice until I got to my house about 20 minutes away that my chili was missing. I don't come to this part of town very often, but I was in the neighborhood today and stopped in today for some food. I told them I was shorted a chili about a year ago and they said I would have had to deal with it that day.

I totally understand Wendy's has policies for this kind of thing, but I paid for a chili that I didn't receive which is not okay with me, so this review is the only recourse I have.

God forbid you walk into the lobby 3 minutes before they stop serving breakfast and ask for breakfast. Hey goofball check at the counter, lighten up. It ain't like they were forcing your silly self to go back there and cook the food. first of all, i’ve had an issue with them every time i come. normally, it’s just them messing up the order by putting condiments on the cheeseburger when i asked for it plain, which i understand can happen sometimes… but literally every time??? but what pissed me off was the manager tonight (presumably evan)… they forgot my cheeseburger (when i got a CHEESEBURGER meal… like okay???) and we didn’t notice until we got home. so we called them and they said they’ll remake my cheeseburger anytime. well i was hungry and wanted my freaking cheeseburger so we went back to get it. when at the window, i simply asked if it was possible to get refund JUST for my cheeseburger (not everything else. also, idc about the money, it was just more so about compensating me for YOUR mistake). the manager was rude right off the bat. told me that it’s either the cheeseburger or the refund. okay, so you could have politely said that. also, you guys can’t spare like $3??? (again, idc about the $3 either, just wanted them to show good customer service.) but he was just so rude for absolutely no reason. so while i’m at the window trying to understand what was going on, he literally shut the window on us and walked away. i work retail so i know how it is, so i also know when someone in customer service is despicable. never seen someone in customer service be so rude.
