“Nice small town ice cream restaurant. Also serves burgers, chicken strips, salads, wraps, etc. Great service, employees and food. Low costs, large servings. Have been here many times and will continue to stop by. Much much better than Dairy Queen or the scoop.”

“I am an out-of-towner for work who needed a quick steak fix. I walk in, and everybody inside seems like they've known each other for decades and are good friends. I got a warm and jestful invite from the gentleman behind the bar; "You can have any seat that's not already taken." That was a good laugh for everyone, including myself. I ordered my food. I got a sirloin with fries. This was the juiciest, most flavorful steak that I have had in a long time. They charged me $22 for a $100 steak in the big city. I topped it off with a cheese cake and left there $30 out the door. If I ever pass through here again, this will be my first dinner stop!Parking: Old downtown one-way parking. Easy enough to get in and out.”

“Coming from someone who actually lives near here and eats here reguarly, i can say that it is a good place to eat. As for all of the comments saying that it is a dump and smells, i can say that it does not smell any worse then other places I have eaten in bigger cities. As for the dumpy part, it is a family owned business in a small town, what did you expect? The Ritz? It is almost at the level of a local tradition, and I can say that it is much more than just a place to eat, it is local heritage.”
