A winter tradition at co-owner Jessica's house. The ice cream version of a grasshopper pie is a chocolate cookie base infused with fresh spearmint leaves making for a super fresh minty base. We then mix in more cookies and mini marshmallows for that chewy and slightly crunchy texture.
Toasty Marshmallows & Yaki Imo
We being by roasting off sweet Japanese sweet potatoes knows as Yaki Imo in butter creating a buttery and carmelized potato-y flavor for the base. Then we mix in toasted marshmallows* to add a little more char and little bites of chewy sweetness. *We use Dandies vegan marshmallows for this ice cream so it is suitable for vegetarians

Our homemade hot chocolate using Organic Straus heavy cream and milk with chocolate and cocoa making for the perfectly creamy and velvet drink.

This Indian dessert is tangy, sweet, floral, and nutty! Tradionally made with strained yogurt that is flavored with saffron and cardamom, with pieces of almonds and pistachios to give it a nutty bite. We have made ours vegan!

After the scoop opened this year it’s always nice to support local businesses because that’s what keeps small towns alive and today was no different I made it to the scoop and was greeted by two great young ladies that took my order. Since they have some new items you just have to try them right. So I ordered the taco dog and it was awesome had loads of taco meat on a really large hot dog with jalapeños and onions and wow…it was delicious. Then I had to obviously try the...

Came in after youth softball. I think the two young employees were overwhelmed, however, they kept composed and didn't seem frazzled, massive kudos to those two. Food and ice cream took a while to get, had they not had games and a nice environment to keep everyone occupied, it might have seemed like forever. They have TVs, board games, claw machine. Will definitely come back again. Kids loved the ice cream. I devoured the triple bacon chee. Cheers!

Kid-friendliness: Lots of Games on tables on one side to keep your family entertained while waiting fir your meal.
