One of the best food for best price on the lake. There aren’t the bells and whistles that other places offer. But Jeff and Chris are the best! Most friendly and delicious food every time!
Hidden gem, literally. Located off of Hwy 92 without any signs pointing you in the right direction. Decided to give this place a try during a weekend getaway to McConaughey.Had the fried chicken, salad, and onion rings. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. 10 out of 10. The O-rings were a bit greasy for my taste.I would definitely come back the next time I'm in town.
This little hidden eatery was very rustic and down by the water way. Kinda, secluded with all that nature puts in the way. What a great place to get away for a hike and then stop got a bite to eat. I just the loved the inside decor. Rural but at the same time vintage. Quiet and quaint as I walked in and looked around. At first you are in a little store with wooden shelves and then in the dining area with a vintage lunch counter lined with stools. We find a table and right away...read full review
