July 25@10:30, Didn’t get my small onions rings (not uncommon). My double cheeseburger was made using a whopper meat cut into pieces and a small regular patty arranged to look like there’s 2 patties, but both meat together taste soooo gross I noticed quick. I ordered a bacon king NO mayo and of course they put a cup of it. Cold food. It’s the weekend keep food fresh until 11 pm when you close seriously. Fries cold. My food went straight to trash can. Always an issue with my order when a specific manager or team member working. I’ll spend my money elsewhere where from now on never again

We ordered #8 with onion rings and my husband ordered a whopper large order of onion rings and chocolate shake. We waited extra time to get the shake and when we got home with our meal My #8 Sandwich was not even in the sack. That is very poor service. We Paid for it too.. I don't feel we should have to look in our sack to see if we got what we ordered. 5/22/25

Went through the drive through and ordered and waited behind 1 vehicle for 15 minutes plus and left…. This was breakfast time and hardly anyone at the restaurant….. rediculous…..BK do better…..

Honestly the best Impossible Whopper I've ever had! My boyfriend had a Double Whopper, and we both couldn't help but eat the entire burgers! We ordered online and it was very convenient! I was searching for a bk on our way home and the reviews had me hesitant. I am glad we stopped at this location. Delicious! 😁

It took 10+ minutes waiting for our food at the drive-through and we were the only car there. They got our order wrong and also overcharged us. We saw as we were waiting for our food that none of the workers were wearing hair nets or gloves.

We ordered in Spanish because the cashier previously served in Spanish, however she did so with a despotic and rude attitude, the girl is Mexican and still she served with a smile and kindness to the Americans who came in later and she clenched her teeth and didn't even look at us. we heard, disastrous.
If we get special and strict, that is discrimination and represents your chain.
So they should take action on the matter, they treat each other equally and with a good attitude.
