Food was recooked order was messed up asked for a basket with no bread extra fries and got 3 miserable fries in the basket I also orders fry’s and ended up getting a burger which was completely not what I expected they can do better they just don’t want to if you want dairy queen Kearney ne is better

The website states that they are opened.That they have been open since 10:30 a m. It's now 11:07, and I went to go order and they stated it was not open because they had nothing set up. It is called false advertising, stating that you are open at a certain time and it turns out you are not.

Went through the drive through and they said they only had 1 person working, and the drive through was closed. But that I could come in to order. I went inside and there were 2 employees working

The place is filthy. Food on the wall, ketchup splatter near dispenser, floors very sticky, afraid to sit on any bench as there was grease on each one. I got a hamburger without a bun and was not given a fork or knife, kids just standing around talking loudly to each other behind the counter, I had to raise my voice to get their attention, “Excuse me! Hello!” Just seem to be entitled teens. Large amount of fries on the floor. I’d hate to see how dirty the kitchen is! No apology from them. This place needs an evening manager.

Went thru drive thru. Was ordering chicken strip basket w/gravy but then asked if could change it when saw the shrimp. Man at window gave me the order without even a smile. Figured I pissed someone off. Back on the road I found the shrimp was all stuck in a big ball and of course pulled apart they are only partially cooked. Then found they gave me gravy instead of shrimp sauce. Fries were good. Shrimp was disgusting. That was 9/20/2025 about 4pm. Been trying to add a photo here but isn't working.

Did we not learn from covid outbreak or even yearly cold and flu yet workers here will use bare hands on brownie then put into your ice cream...I mean that's just the ice cream where ppl like me could see...makes u wonder about the food behind..yeah I'm not eating here...it's disgusting...it nasty to touch someone else's food without out gloves...

clean business, great location. recently remodel & updated. My 2nd visit in 2 weeks. 1st visit ordered Large sundae portion either shrank or new team member.visit today ordered 2 Sundae ice cream barely above top rim of sundae cup.i asked if he misunderstood & was serving me a medium. he said no it is large. I will not pay for 1/2 an order. I will pay extra & go out of town for ice cream treats in the future. at least I won't feel ripped off. highly disappointed. service & quality used to be good

Food was very good, service was above average, but the place could use a good cleaning. Pretty much the entire floor was sticky and dirty and I could see a good amount of food waste laying around in the lobby, and behind the counter near the ice cream dispensers.

Ordered a triple stack backyard bacon burger.. got a flamethrower burger instead. Was not ready for my casual meal to be so spicy

More than 20 minutes waiting at the counter and no one answers: the person working says that they don't have people, they only serve the drive-thru at the window, they bring people who don't want to work, it's better to take them out and put people in who do want to work
