Worst Mcdonalds ever constantly getting my order wrong fries are always stale and twice now I've ordered a double quarter pounder and you idiots can't even put a bottom bun on the burger how the hell do you forget the bottom bun you literally get it with the top one. It's always disgusting they never clean it all of the workers are lazy and refuse to answer the store phone and it takes them 20 minutes to make a single burger

I came in to get lunch at 11:05 and lunch was not ready me and 3 other cars were parked to wait while I was parked they continued to park 2 more cars and then I waited a total of 10 minutes parked needless to say I was not very happy very poor service

I’ve been to many McDonald’s but this one gave the absolute worst chicken sandwich ever. The chicken was stringy, dry, and practically impossible to chew. It was so unappetizing that I couldn't even bring myself to swallow it. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly appalling. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to steer clear. You'll be doing yourself a favor.

Absolutely the grossest McDonalds I have ever been to. Traveling and had been driving for 8 hours. Decided me and my family would stop and eat inside so we could stretch. Turns out EVERY SINGLE table was filthy. Splatters of who knows what were on the walls. Spilled sauces that were dried on the floor. Multiple tables that still had past table tents on them, which clearly means they haven't done rounds to clean tables in quite a while, if at all. After a long drive, this is absolutely the WORST experience. We had to grab a stack of napkins and wet them to wipe our own table down because there wasn't a single area for us to eat that wasn't covered in someones last meal or coffee spills. Disgusting. If the employees don't care about doing their duties to maintain cleanliness, I can only imagine how disgusting the kitchen is. Believe me, my standards are not high for McDonalds by any means. So walking into one ans being absolutely shocked at how gross it is, says a lot.
We were going through Lexington on our way back to Arkansas. We waited at the counter 5mins until we finally asked for help even though the manager on duty seen us. My husband wanted breakfast burritos but was informed they don't sell them there even though they are on the menu ?

Ordered the quarter pounder with cheese pack and my burger was raw had no straw for my dr pepper and no one answered phone when I tried calling to complain
