The food here is amazing and extremely underpriced. She handmakes the tortillas to order. I ordered the carne asada burrito with white queso inside. Every bite was like jumping into a endless sky full of pillows. A very comforting burrito. The portion was right on point I couldn't finish all of it and saved about 2 to 3 bites for later. We'll definitely be back next time I pass through. I would like to see a dessert on the menu. Perhaps she could fry or grill those homemade tortillas and add honey and cinnamon.

Great spot to stop for lunch when driving from Omaha to Denver. So fresh! Worth the 5 minute drive off the interstate! We got a beef burrito and it was amazing!
