They were completely unwilling to take the meat off of our maple waffle sandwich even though the app has the option for it, my local Scooters does it EVERY SINGLE TIME with no questions asked. I even offered to take it off for them and hand it back to heat up. Nope. Any excuse to keep the meat on the sandwich. I saw the frozen sandwich sitting there, its a 2 second task. You are handling my food with your hands already, whats the hang up on removing the meat patty? I had already placed the mobile order, they made 1/2 my food and wouldn't take the meat off to finish the order properly. completely ridiculous, disputing the entire credit card charge. Food wasted and $15 lost.
not sure why these ladies wouldnt try to satisfy a customer order that was already paid for, power tripping sandwich makers i suppose.
don't bother publicly apologizing with some excuse to try and save face.

Wouldnât remove the meat from my sandwich even though the app has a button asking if you want the meat removed. Iâve never had an issue at any other Scooters locations with this, but they said their owner made this rule during COVID. Itâs a premade sandwich so all they have to do is take the meat off before warming it up. Super simple. There was no one in line behind me, so it wouldnât have slowed their lines or anything. If you arenât able to make customizations then you shouldnât have them available on the app. Iâve attached the screenshot showing all the customizations the app shows that apparently this location will not honor.
When I asked for a refund they told me it would take 12 days. I have to wait 12 days for a refund because you guys arenât honoring the customizations your app has listed? Ridiculous.
UPDATE: I would suggest going to Coffee Cottage Espresso down the street. They were accommodating, kind, and locally owned. I wish I hadnât wasted $15 at Scooters before finding this place.

When we pulled up to order coffees, it was raining and the wind was blowing so we pulled up to the window to ask if we could order there out of the rain. We were the only car in line and the building was blocking the wind/rain. The lady was SITTING at the window and when my husband explained that he was getting soaked at the board she said âWell, I will get soaked nowâ and rudely shrugged and refused to take our order. TERRIBLE, RUDE SERVICE!! Such a bummer because we LOVE Scooters.

Got a iced chai and a mango smoothie. Chai was a thick texture with syrup sitting on the bottom, I did not add any flavorings. Did not taste much like actually chai must be some syrup base. Was very unpleasant taste. Mango smoothie did not taste like fresh fruit, more like a bag mix or powder. Also did not taste good. Very disappointing was expecting more, as I have never been here before.

Our peanut butter power was super chunky , pretty crunchy and the mango matcha smoothie was also super chunky and tasted very dense of matcha than mango smoothie base

Honestly I was traveling I wanted coffee so bad we were in our class A motorhome... There's no room for an RV to get through there in their drive up and you can't walk into a store it's drive up only... That really sucked.. not convenient at all you cannot go inside the store it's strictly drive up that's just so weird.. I would think they would lose business that way not everybody is driving a small car to go through the drive up

Loved our drinks but when we got to the window the girls working had their music so loud they couldnât hear anything and had to continuously ask us what we wanted. We ordered 4 drinks so it took quite a bit of time to get them since they had to keep asking us what we wanted. Their music was very annoying. This was at 5:18 pm on 2/24/2024

The Scooters in Lexington NE I go to scooters a lot because of the iced lattes but the past three times my order has been wrong I asked of a large iced caramel latte and they made it hot and didn't remake it just dumped it in a cold cup and put ice in the cup and this last time was today I asked for a Large iced caramel latte and that latte does not get whip and caramel drizzle and it only happens when a lady with red hair works there otherwise my order is correct I work at the scooters in Kearney NE and my caramel latte gets caramel syrup and not caramel sauce like the caramellicious does.

If you like mold in you drinks scooters is the place to be I'm a employee here and they don't care managers tell u not to call them unless it's a emergency pumps for smoothies and have and low base covered in mold place barley gets cleaned maybe once a month if your lucky here are a few photos of what the in side looks like I wouldn't recommend going here it's nasty theses pictures show u rotaten milk on the counters and that's brown in that drain is mold they don't clean that I would definitely go to coffee cottage way better
