Ordered 3 meals and only received 2 so had to go back and then they made me feel like I was being dishonest and I certainly wasn’t. I just wanted my supper that I paid for and didn’t receive. The girl talking on the drive thru speaker needs to speak up and actually act like she wants to work because the tone in her voice shows she has no value in customer service at all.

Taco John's in Lexington is always good.Parking: The facility is just a bit small , so parking is always a challenge.

Ordered meat and potato burrito, large Ole and two hard shell tacos The oles had no seasoning and the hardshell were so greasy, they were soft. The outside of the wrappers were covered in grease and so was the bottom of the bag.
My co-worker has been disappointed the last two times she has gone through the drive thru and came back to our office and eaten cold taco meat in her hard shell tacos.

I really only go for the tater tots and cheese. I'm not real big on their menu. And the prices are ridiculous for the amount of grease you get. To be fair it's expensive to eat .. these days. The workers have always been super friendly.

I'm biased just because I've always been a Taco John's enjoyer, but for me, Texan sized portions and good taste for a low price puts TJ's towards the top of what I look for from fast food. If I could change anything it would be nice to see some shine-ola on the outside atmosphere. I love TJ's but it makes me a tad sad to see how faded and run down it's become since my childhood days.
