Okay so as someone who visited there the first time. Like what I got was good but the whole experience was confusing. There's no signs, no menus. You're expected to know what's going on when you get there which was very off putting.

Slowest 7 Brew location in Lincoln. Do not try to go if you’re in a hurry or even want a coffee within the hour, because you won’t get it here.
Doesn’t really make much sense that the other locations are so lightning fast and this one is so slow, it’s noticeable.

Told employee I was having a bad day and continued to order my medium coffee upon receiving coffee I was surprised to find employee upped my size to a large with no additional charge, awesome customer service, awesome people 1 of 1 couldn’t have asked for a better experience Fing amazing!!!
