First off I love 7 Brew! O street location is the one that I visit the often, and most of the time I have decent service, few times I have had EXCELLENT service, but lately it has not been good. I went yesterday morning to get a coffee and an energy drink (no ice no fill-yes that is how I ordered it)- my bill was higher than I thought. HMMMMM maybe the prices went up - ok - but when I pulled up to get my drink my energy glass was full to the top- this means they charged me for an extra can. This is not the first time this has happened either. When the gal took my order, she did not repeat the order to make sure correct, nor did she ask if I wanted the energy drink full- she just automatically charged me for that. I get it $3.00 for the can is not that big of a thing, BUT I did not order my drink that way, why would she assume that was ok for her to charge me for this?
There are a couple baristas that are AMAZING- they remember me and my daughter, and when we ask for recommendation they are more than willing to help, but sadly that is not the case for most of the baristas.

I don't understand have young people running out in front of cars. In the 5 minutes I was there I saw 2 near misses. They don't have employee safety in mind. The lid for the coffee didn't fit the cup and leaked all over. Coffee was ok and the staff was friendly though.

I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration with the consistently poor customer service at the 0 St. location of 7 Brew. Over multiple visits, I’ve noticed a pattern of unprofessional and rude behavior from the employees. The staff often seems uninterested in providing good service, choosing to sit in their little cube rather than engage with customers in a friendly or welcoming way. Interactions feel cold and forced, as if the last thing they want to do is actually communicate with those of us who are paying customers. What’s even more concerning is the attitude surrounding tipping. While tipping is optional, I’ve repeatedly experienced rude behavior when I choose not to tip. Employees have rolled their eyes, sighed loudly, and even made snide comments, which I’ve overheard while still in line. On one occasion, I distinctly heard them talking negatively about me because I didn’t leave a tip. This kind of behavior is entirely unprofessional and makes customers like me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The lack of friendliness and professionalism has gotten so bad that I now go out of my way to visit the 56th and Highway 2 location instead. The staff there is the complete opposite kind, engaging, and genuinely happy to provide good service. It’s a shame because 7 Brew has great drinks, but the customer service at the 0 St. location consistently ruins the experience. This ongoing issue reflects poorly on the 7 Brew brand as a whole, and I hope that management takes action to address these problems. A business that relies on customer loyalty cannot afford to have staff who act stuck up and dismissive. Until changes are made, I cannot recommend the 0 St. location to anyone.

Just went through grabbed what I thought was two large iced egg nog coffee's there's no egg nog in either coffee out of all times I've gone to 7 brew for a coffee this is the first they got it wrong

Normally have good things to say but the last few times I’ve went here my drinks have not been correct (flavors missing). I asked for a breve with mocha and peppermint this morning and got a drink with zero flavor.

The staff at this location (as well as the other one in Lincoln) are so nice. They move pretty quickly and always know how to continue a conversation and make you smile. It’s my favorite coffee/energy place! And the rewards program is really nice

The last couple of times I went in the morning. The customer service was lack luster. They acted like I was a bother because is was raining out. Not that I won’t go back. Hopefully it will be better the next time.

Second in line. Waited around 10 minutes while one of the workers held a puppy from the car in front of us. Didn’t wash hands after giving the dog back and handed us our drink. Other two workers seemed efficient and came and took our order at the car.
