So glad we got to Lincoln in time on Saturday night to get to Sandy’s for the prime rib special. We drove 7 1/2 hrs from CO for a performance of Hamilton in Lincoln on Sunday. We wanted to treat ourselves to drinks and dinner. Our server (name begins with a D) recommended it and it was the best choice. Tender and flavorful, our 12 oz serving was almost too much. Almost. I just visited there for lunch for my first time. I was not expecting it to be so nice from the looks of the outside. I was honestly expecting a dive bar type of situation. The atmosphere was great and the steak was amazing. Top 3 best steak I ever ate. My only complaint was they don't have croutons for the salads but apart from that, that was great!
