This is hands down some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life. The cornbread was perfection. The ox tails were meltingly tender. This is the Alfredo pasta I have waited my entire life to eat. I cannot imagine a more flavorful, decadent Alfredo pasta. The sweet potatoes were heavenly and transported me to Thanksgiving. The lemonade tasted like a melted jolly rancher in the best way. This is a one-man operation so you need to be patient. Savor the experience. These Cajun delicacies are worth the wait.

Showed up at noon today (Tuesday) and the store was closed. No sign other than the sign saying open Tuesday-Sunday.

Best LA food we've had since we visited NOLA. I'm wrong, actually it was better than NOLA. Try the chicken and sausage gumbo, a side of Mac n cheese, and some cornbread. All outstanding!

I recently moved up from Louisiana & I was getting pretty homesick. I found this place on tik tok & decided to go. wow !! the folks running it are so lovely & the cornbread is insane. thoroughly enjoyed

Got the smothered pork chops and Gumbo to try. Huge portions. The Mac and cheese is amazing. The pork chops were fork tender and dwell seasoned. The gumbo has a ton of flavor. Would definitely recommend.
