They used to be much better, now the food is not always available and comes in small portions.

I've never been to Afghanistan, but do have the good fortune to work with Afghani colleagues who are generous with the food they bring to the office. Bright flavors, nuanced grilled meats. Just right level of spice and heat. This restaurant provides that rare experience to taste food from a deep and complex cultural tradition and a personal perspective. I would recommend this place to anyone. The venue is small and has a fast food table arrangement but does also have a carpeted raised area where there is an option to sit and dine. As for me, takeout food was fantastic. The proprietor was articulate, informative and friendly.

The quantity of food were great, but however, I ordered the Beef kebab and it was super expensive dis not come with any sauce or side neither any salad. The Rosh is not a Rosh it is basically a Lamb shank which was super Juicy and Tender and it comes with a Good quality of Basmati Fried White rice again no sauce with it.This one can not consider a ROSH but a Lamb shank.Chicken Karahi smells good but taste was OK it is more like a Chicken Shorba Salan (Pakistani / Indian style regular salun)He Goat Pulav was great, Good Quantity of Kabuli rice but less in Meat, just two small cubes of Goat meat very disappointing.Owner should consider to give Sauce or Chatni with the dishes as it is Afghani serving, also try to accommodate in dishes, as customer not just paying for the rice.Samosa and Mantu was OK, because in Mantu supposed to be a Yougurt sauce otherwise it is consider as a Dumplings or Indian style Backed MOMOS

Amazing food but the $17.95 buffet price is very steep for lunch and dinner.

A delightful new find! The food was incredible and the only place in town to find Afghani cuisine (to my knowledge). The restaurant is all-you-can-eat buffet style, but they offer to-go orders as well. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the buffet and seating areas were nice and clean. For what you get, it was a great deal for a little over $20.00, including tax. I believe kids eat free on Tuesdays as well. Definitely give this place a chance!

I brought my family to try some middle eastern food here and they did not disappoint! I believe we all each ate at least three plates of food from the buffet options! I love how the salad, hot tea, naan bread and cookies were included in the buffet price as well!

Very tasty food it was delicious.. it's one of few restaurants that doing an open buffet I like it ??Atmosphere place and there is an optional room to dine in on ground if you like .. in addition to that it's clean ,friendly staff Elias was so polite. the important thing all meat is Halal so it's good place for people who looking for halal food. Don't forget to drink a yogurt or black tea after you done from your meal for more enjoyment. ?. Will come bake aging and again.

Holy cow, I have a new favorite restaurant in town. If you like Indian food or Middle Eastern food, prepare to have your mind blown. I went for their lunch buffet and was not disappointed. The place itself is very clean and cozy, the buffet had a ton of options plus a whole salad bar. The staff was very friendly. This is better than most of the Indian restaurants in town and I love those places. Man. Going back already for dinner. Check them out!!

What a lovely find! I appreciate local, family-run food from our international resettlement neighbors. The buffet was clean and hot. The gentleman at the front of the house graciously described the dishes as we're not super-familiar with Afghan food. There were plenty of choices for folks who enjoy meat or veggie dishes - including an okra curry that was sublime. We tried a little of everything! It's not a big space but it's cute. Hot green tea is included with the buffet. He cleared our plates. A very good lunch option! I hope they do well. We plan to visit again. Note: if you aren't familiar with this location, there is ample parking in the back.

I was finally able to make it here for lunch, and I'm very glad I did. They have a buffet with a set price and a variety of dishes. There is also a simple salad bar and deserts. my favorites were the chicken skewers and the mixed vegetable curry. I only tried 1 desert, a small custard tart, and it was just lovely. The location is a bit of a hole in the wall, but they have made it quite nice and very pleasant. I hope more folks discover this gem because I really want to eat here several more times. ?Vegetarian options: multiple vegetarian options plus salad
