مَّا شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ, Maashallah, this is our favorite bakery to get samoon (Iraqi bread - in the shape of a ‘football’ & opens like pita ?) and khoubiz (large unleavened flat bread). The baker starts bright and early in the morning, whether it’s freezing cold outside or in the heat of summer. A hidden gem in Lincoln. Get pita or flatbread in the morning when it is hot and fresh from the ovens. It'll change your life if you love carbs.And it's incredibly good value as well, 4 fresh pita for $1.50.

I think the place need update.. because they only bake flat bread (khobz) and smaller flat-oval shape bread clled (samoon). They also provide some grocery stores and restaurant. Always fresh, of course!
