“I've never been to Afghanistan, but do have the good fortune to work with Afghani colleagues who are generous with the food they bring to the office. Bright flavors, nuanced grilled meats. Just right level of spice and heat. This restaurant provides that rare experience to taste food from a deep and complex cultural tradition and a personal perspective. I would recommend this place to anyone. The venue is small and has a fast food table arrangement but does also have a carpeted raised area where there is an option to sit and dine. As for me, takeout food was fantastic. The proprietor was articulate, informative and friendly.“
