Akita Hibachi Express is a spot that exceeds expectations. The teriyaki bowl is decent and the prices are fair. Portions are HUGE and the hibachi entrees are generous. The chicken and shrimp combo can make 3 meals and the crab rangoon is perfect. Egg rolls are gave on the house. The steak and mushroom hibachi with fried rice, spring rolls and crab rangoon are well cooked, fluffy and tender. Each item comes with its own sauce: sweet and sour, sweet chili and siracha mayo. Drive‑thru pickup is worth and the menu is clear and easy. Overall the food is phenomenal and cost is reasonable.
