Sat at drive thru order board behind a lady for 10 minutes while the lone other vehicle was at the window the whole time. The lady drove off mad about something. I ordered and proceede to the window where this truck had now been there over 10 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes they never had the guy pull forward just left me and the csr behind sitting there. I finally had enough after this vehicle had been at the window for close to 30 minutes and I drove off. I will never return to this Arby's again. No respect for the customer.

Fast friendly service. And food portions are reasonable and they keep there prices reasonable compared to other fast food
The food was good. I got my food quickly. The staff were polite. The bathroom was clean-ish. And the tables could have been cleaner as well. But on the whole decent place.
The man helping me with my doordash order was very kind and helpful. The store system was glitching and did not have my order but he called me and took the order manually to make sure it was correct. Great customer service all around!

The curly fries were the worst that I have ever purchased. The must have been sitting around for a long time. They were cold and very dry and hard.

Very disturbing visit. I was on bike in drive-thru lane. There was no sign saying any vehicular restrictions in the lane. I waited a bit at the order box and then a voice came on saying sorry, it will be a bit. The voice never returned, I rode to the window after maybe 7 minutes, after 5 or 6 vehicles piled up behind me, and they thought I was a "drive-off". They refused to take my order at the window and implied I had to go inside. I did, no apology was given, but I heard of the anger of those behind me who also did not get an apology.I feel this situation was easily preventable in many ways and challenge DRM management to respond.
The lady that I dealt with through the drive-thru was a new employee, and you can tell was really nervous. Lol honestly cannot remember her name, but she did very very well. As I left I reassured her and told her she was doing an amazing job and if anybody got grouchy with her just remember that's them having a bad day. Lol again for a newbie she was amazing!!!

Horrible customer service. Tried paying with Apple pay and the lady in drive rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut before I could hand her the phone. Never going back.

Walking into Arby's I got the friendliest greeting from the cashier, Nene, pronounced naynay. She was kind and excited to help me and my sister. I knew being treated like a Queen that this would be a great experience.Nene served me with a classic roast beef sandwich, curly fries, and a large drink.The food was the perfect temperature. The roast beef melted in my mouth. It has savory tastes. The bun was warm and very fresh. The curly fries were piping hot. They had a zesty taste. My Diet Coke was perfect. It was carbonated that was piping cold with a good fizz.I was impressed with how clean the counters, floors, and tables were. The seating was comfy.The prices were a little steep but you got a generous portion. The customer service, comfy atmosphere, and yummy food made my visit outstanding.Nene went out of her way to make my sister and I feel welcomed. Epic food sat well with us.If you want a 5-star treatment, delicious food, and drinks, this Arby's location is the bomb!
