Usually they are fast and friendly, but this time I could barely hear them thru the speaker. Had to repeat the order several times. Wait time was unacceptable and except for the potato paddy everything else was cold
Generally speaking, I don't have an issue with this location. We almost exclusively go through the drive-thru and we tend to get everything we order, and it tastes the way it should. All you can ask from fast food, really.
But I'm a bit perplexed (and maybe offended) that my chicken bacon swiss was lacking chicken. I'd be less upset if it was just left out of the bag entirely, but instead I'm topping this sandwich with a couple of my kid's dino nuggets to make up for my...read full review

Arby's is a welcoming restaurant that offers a great atmosphere, making customers leave with full bellies and smiles. It's a kid-friendly spot, with friendly staff who are patient and accommodating, and even provide toys in food bags. The food is good, and orders are fulfilled quickly. The staff are polite, and the bathroom is generally clean. Some areas, like the tables, could be cleaner. Despite minor issues, the restaurant provides great customer service, with employees going above and beyond to ensure orders are correct.
