Really, really good burgers!! Hard to set yourself apart in that area, but they have. Good service, plenty of TVs for the games and decent beers election. Not expensive - good value for the money. Enjoyed our visit and will return.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from Jenna and her manager Hanna tonight at the West O street location. We had to ask repeatedly for plates for our appetizer, were left without napkins for our meal and when we asked them to turn the TVs down so we didn’t have to YELL at each other across our booth, were met with a very hostile and unfriendly attitude from Hanna who should be more professional as the manager on duty. Honestly big red has gone down hill lately and this really solidified it.

It’s been a month and they are saving face by commenting for people to email them and then not responding to the email. This shows they don’t want to solve the issues at hand. We are disappointed at this because we like Big Red but our view of this establishment has considerably changed.

Big Red is not what it used to be. Food and service has drastically decreased. It’s too bad because it used to be “the” place to go. We still give it a try every now and then, but unfortunately disappoints. Tonight’s burger was not hot or juicy. Service was slow and server did not look at us when talking. Gave us the amount due without a receipt. Had to ask for it.
