Before covid they were as fast as McDonald's. Pull up to the window. Wait a minute. Get your food.
Now it's 15+ min & they lose your order, can't even find it on the computer, make it incorrectly, hand you someone else's order, OR if you confuse them by going through both drive thru lanes you might get skipped 3 times from them only talking to lane #1 before they come back to confirm your order in lane #2 15 minutes later.
