... it's McDonalds. You can only expect so much. Constantly understaffed and overworked and definitely underpaid. But they're very obviously doing their best! I've never had a bad experience with the staff. Even when they're very clearly overwhelmed, they've always been friendly with me! I received my order but my receipt was a totally different order and I was billed twice as much. I went in the restaurant to find out what happened and was ignored for 20 minutes that’s when I decided to leave.
