1) Never received a receipt (which is needed to get free Whopper w/survey completion)
2) Had to pull around front to wait for the order to be fulfilled, only to get home to find we were shorted 1 chicken sandwich
3) The buns on all the chicken sandwiches were super hard and stale
4) Onion rings were way over cooked
5) No one answered the phone when I tried calling to speak to a manager and they had no answering machine

waited 20 minutes, didn't get food "no order entered" was reason. Paid $14+ for two medium cokes
I placed a mobile order on the app at 7:29pm. pulled into the drive through 2 minutes later. All the lights were on, there was no signage to indicate they weren't open. After 7 minutes waiting with no acknowledgment (and with people piling up behind me and honking), I called the restaurant.
