Cold coffee. I came an hour and half before they closed and got served cold coffee. I get it. Not a lot of people probably order plain hot coffee that time of the evening but they implied it would be a hassle to make a new batch and offered no substitution or refund or anything. Just "oh it'd take a whiiiiiile to brew more... Sorry. hope you have a good rest of the night". What? I'll be honest about this one - the food is always good and the coffee has typically been great. However I would recommend going through the drive thru.I waited at the front counter for 5 minutes while 2 employees were on their phones not paying attention. When I was helped, it was pleasant. Once I sat down, I had to sweep off 3 small tables that were riddled with crumbs and the lobby looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in a week.I then heard employees working the drive...read full review
