Cold coffee. I came an hour and half before they closed and got served cold coffee. I get it. Not a lot of people probably order plain hot coffee that time of the evening but they implied it would be a hassle to make a new batch and offered no substitution or refund or anything. Just "oh it'd take a whiiiiiile to brew more... Sorry. hope you have a good rest of the night". What? You're a freaking coffee place! The sandwich with no meat was fine enough even tho I still had to pay for the meat.

I'll be honest about this one - the food is always good and the coffee has typically been great. However I would recommend going through the drive thru.I waited at the front counter for 5 minutes while 2 employees were on their phones not paying attention. When I was helped, it was pleasant. Once I sat down, I had to sweep off 3 small tables that were riddled with crumbs and the lobby looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in a week.I then heard employees working the drive thru yelling random things in the back then making fun of customers (very loudly) after they gave their order.I don't mind a ton, but maybe there should be a manager here that can keep everyone in line. Hopefully it will improve. That being said, I obviously will come back but I hope a few things change

i’ve been a regular here for a while now, i noticed that lately the service has gone completely down hill. this was my final straw, I waited 10+ minutes in an EMPTY drive thru waiting for 1 drink that 1. doesn’t taste like it usually does & 2. the lady that made the drink didn’t even bother to fill it up, just slapped a bunch of whipped cream to top it off . another time i ordered a large cappuccino with french vanilla , no vanilla . another time they somehow “lost my order” & gave me a completely wrong drink. i’m over it .

This location has been going down hill. I used to go daily and the people were pretty friendly but now they give so much attitude. It’s a completely new staff. I stopped going daily because it was so hit or miss with the coffee. Some days it tasted like milk and some days water. I got tired of paying for coffee that was never right. They also take forever you have to carve a good 30 minutes to sit in that drive thru line. So I tried mobile ordering a few times and it wouldn’t be ready because they would be out of something and needed to ask me what to substitute. Why can’t you update online if you are out of something. I was late to work several times because i would then have to wait for it when I got there.

Went to go inside to buy 2 donuts and the lobby door was already locked and it's not even 7 o'clock this is very unacceptable. Also, the windows on my vehicle don't roll down so I won't go through the drive-thru at all because of that. If your staff can't have the lobby open then get more people to work there.

This location needs to be shut down. They have had staffing and food quality issues for years. They're service is absolutely horrendous and the employees could not care less about you. Got a donut from them that was inside one of their bags, no napkin, grabbed with someone's bare hands, fingers prints and smear frosting all over the inside of the bag. Absolutely disgusting.

Not sure why I keep giving them chances. My last 4 experiences:-didn’t add any of the flavors to my latte-again didn’t add any of the flavors to my latte-waited inside by myself for 6 minutes. The 2 workers were outside smoking and didn’t even apologize or care that I was waiting.-somehow only received half of my order, which makes no sense, it would all be on 1 ticket. They had 6 people working and had no munchkin donuts available. With their response it was clear they didn’t want to make any for the day.I’ll stick with Scooters from now on where the employees like their job, care and are friendly.
