Every time I go there I’m so excited for the food but it’s always so messy on the make line. I totally get they’re preparing food but there’s food that gets all over your container and then you try not to get it all over you. Too often there’s not a clean table to even sit at. I stopped going?

We stopped in on Sunday 3/3/24 at 7:45pm & they weren’t busy at all, we ordered right away for take out. The counter was a mess! It made me feel a little uneasy getting food here, since everything was a mess! You would think it shouldn’t take much to wipe up the food counter between orders. This is not a well managed store, it hasn’t been for quite some time. My husband & I both got bowls, a barbacoa & a chicken bowl, both were good tasting once we got home, the ingredients were fresh, but the meat & rice were kind of cold. Our chips were stale & our queso cheese was cold. This was disappointing. The atmosphere & appearance of the inside of the store when you walk in isn’t very inviting either. This is why we don’t eat here much anymore.

Food quality has gone down hill in recent years. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. If ordering to go, the portions vary from order to order. Sometimes my burrito bowl is overfilled, other times its barely a meal. But the chips and guac keep me coming back.

This chipotle location has issues quite often with not being open at the times posted on the front door and the website...you can see ppl working inside but the door is locked and they ignore you when you knock on the door....signs on the door that they are out of guac, chips, cheese,etc... only accepting on line orders when you are in person to order. People working there are not friendly - not customer service oriented in my opinion. Try to call and no one ever answers the phone it's all pre-recorded options and none of which are to talk to anyone. Emails to corporate go unanswered....and do they even care that this store is problematic and losing customers = losing money? How does this location stay open? I will never go back to this location- it's not the food it's how this store is being mis managed in my opinion/experience. Very disappointed in Chipotle.
It's chipotle. Always reliable for a tasty, fast and relatively healthy meal. Ordering on the app is great!!! I don't get chips anymore, as they always seem stale.

This place it’s always running out of white rice, corn, fajita mix or something. They use to be really good. Not anymore.

I went in at the opening time and The rice, beans, and meats were cold. I don't know if they are suppose to be cold. . Also I requested extra queso and was asked if I was sure, bc that's an extra charge. I said yes and they then asked me again. Are you sure? However the place was clean and the service was friendly. The food is lacking. Would I go back probably not.

We've been going to this Chipotle since we moved to Lincoln 2 years ago. Unfortunately, we've rarely had a good experience, and I finally had to say something. This location needs help. We always have to clean our own table. They had a broken ice machine for weeks. The line moves very slowly no matter how many people are working behind the counter. We may try one more time. Then, we'll find another location even though it will be farther away.
