Customer service here is AMAZING! I asked for extra cilantro and was surprised to find out that not only can do it, but she was happy to make my day! The entire staff was super speedy and friendly. That matters! I hope a manager sees this. I was impressed!
Portions were good, as was the food, other than really fatty and gritty chicken. Service was okay, not the worst I've had, but definitely not the best. The cashier was kind, but the line cooks were varying levels of annoyed. Cleaning was atrocious. I watched someone come out to clean the tables in the lobby and left at least one worse than what it started as. The line was also really messy. It did seem to be a bit busy, but I have definitely seen it busier and better ran.
Every time I come here, they are out of something. They're never staffed well enough to stay properly stocked on rice or steak. I recommend going to a different Chipotle.
