During my past visits I have always been treated very rudely they can never keep the special flavor of there ice cream that they Advertise in stock always get the comment "We don't know if we're gonna get any in and we don't care if we get any more in". That is not good for Customer service. It also shows piss poor management on their end, as well as piss Poor attitude of the staff. I don't see why people keep coming there unless they love the rude attitude. I sure don't I would rather go to scoops then cold stone creamy.

Is this a joke??? The kid literally sold an older guy a portion of ice cream way smaller than the actual cup. FOR $7.00!? as if I'm spending $7.00 for a SAMPLE... What a joke of a deal. If you guys are now ripping people off, I will never come to your establishment again. What a joke! I used to come all the time

I am gluten free and heard the new owner properly trained staff on how to serve allergies/celiac. I went in today and was extremely impressed. Got to finally enjoy ice cream without getting sick. We will definitely be back. I hope they put together a list of the gluten free options so it's a little easier to choose but I'm just happy they are knowledgeable about it!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free win.

It's been a long time since I have been to Cold Stone. I haven't been avoiding it. It's just not very convenient for me to drive there and they are a bit on the pricey side of ice cream. However, they serve excellent ice cream here. When I walked into the store, I noticed it looked clean and well-kept. I don't know when they changed the counter. They used to prepare the ice cream and have the register on the left side. The register and the prep area are on the right side (from the customer's perspective). Also, I wasn't aware that they have an app so you can order ahead of time. Even if you don't order ahead of time, it's nice to have an app so you can look at the menu before you go to the store.Today, I was in the mood for some ice cream after having some spicy noodles for a late lunch. I decided to get the Oatmeal Cookie Batter with white chocolate chips. It was great. The ice cream not only had a great taste it also had a perfect consistent smooth texture. I never forgot that I liked the ice cream here, but I forgot was good it is until I had some today. The weather was perfect, so I sat at one of their tables outside. If you don't mind paying a bit more for premium ice cream, give Cold Stone Creamery a try.

After waiting in line over 10 minutes they announced that their card reader wasn't cooperating, so multiple groups had to leave because a lot of people do not carry cash anymore.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered a custom birthday cake online and filled out the required form to select customizations. We cut into the cake in my birthday and it was entirely wrong. Not a single mix-in listed on the form was added that we could see or taste. It looks like they took a cake off the shelf and tried to pass it off at an up charge. Such a disappointing way to end the birthday. We will never be coming back here.

Had a wonderful experience. They made a wonderful graduation cake for my daughter's elementary class and my youngest had a blast eating ice cream with all the toppings.( We decided to take a picture of the cake after we started cutting it.) The cake was a vanilla cake with cotton candy, ice cream, whipped cream frosting with Oreos and sprinkles and the kids thought it was amazing. My daughter's whole class had so much fun eating it!
