On Sunday August 30th, my daughter and I went to the SouthPointe Mall location in Lincoln, NE around 7/7:30 at night and it was a wreck! They are normally so good there and I was DEFINITELY NOT expecting what I got. It appeared there was NO manager on duty and only 5 high schoolers that cared more about their friends that came in well after customers were already in line and having. I ordered the Dubai chocolate ice cream, I got one piece of the pistachio the size of a dime. So I should’ve just got plain chocolate.
