Cook’s is King. All prices on their extensive menu are just as inviting on as the homely atmosphere. The service is always friendly, and your coffee always refilled before you can get to the bottom of your cup. Expect a wait if going on the weekend, locals know this is the breakfast spot to be.

Food is fabulous. Employees are friendly. Coffee is really good and only 2.00 a cup. If you go on weekend then make a reservation. I wish they were opened past 2pm

Please please stay open longer

We visited from Alabama. This was our favorite restaurant in all of Lincoln. Breakfast was amazing! You got a lot of good food for your money here. We will be back next year.

I’ve lived in Lincoln for about two years, and this was my first time visiting this restaurant, thanks to a kind invite. The place has a cozy, homey vibe, even though the architecture makes it feel a little fancy inside. It’s perfect for a breakfast or brunch with someone you care about, especially if you enjoy sharing a big meal.

There are tons of food options to choose from, but what really stood out was the incredible waitstaff. Our server was so kind and patient, despite having a lot of tables to handle. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait—it’s well worth it! Overall, I’m really glad I went and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming brunch spot.

Parking: Super busy place, but parking felt congested when ready to leave.
