I would give Daffodil ten stars if I could. The food is spectacular: some of the best I’ve had not just in Nebraska, but in Washington, California, or New York. And the owner is the sweetest, most generous person…you’ll get a sample of everything she’s made that day, and you’ll feel like you’re a guest in her home.
The food is very quality and delicious. I ordered from the farmer's market stand at College View. The spicy chicken and the saffron rice that they serve with most items are absolutely amazing. I didn't like the spinach chickpeas as much. They tasted a bit too buttery for me, but if that's your preference...the prices to me were a bit of a problem; I ended up paying around $19 for one hot dish shown here. However, very kind staff and wonderful food, I would recommend...
Very sweet owner. We were welcomed right away. She offered lots to try since it was our first time. I was almost full before we even ordered our meal! I had the meatballs and lamb and it's absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend
