whoever is on ice cream cake duty at this location needs retrained. i have never purchased an ice cream cake with little to no fudge or crunch filling in the center. very disappointing especially after the $35 price tag. i would like a manager to contact me regarding a refund as this is incredibly disappointing

couldn’t ask for worse service. went in at 8:45pm and sat tgeee for 10 minutes on end. not a single word from them. and as i drive away i look at the window and see a middle finger. very disappointed

We ordered 1 hamburger,french fried, a drink, ranch and 1 ice cream, the girl at the drivethru window should give us back our change $7 something but she just gave us $5 and say nothing, nothing explained ,so we know something not right and my husband said to the girl that there is still more $2 that you should give me she said “ let me ask my manager “ . ???? What ??? And explain that they short in $1 bill. Which is ok but they should explain that to us instead of keep silent acting like they gave us all enough change!!! Lucky us that we recognize there is missing bill because sometimes we not look at what they give us back!!!! PLUS we asked for ranch to go with the burger, she gave us a small container of ranch with not even half of the small cup!???? Very disappointed!Too bad customer service

The fallbrook location is need of a manager that actually does their job, everytine we have visited this location and the manager is working there is always a long wait, when she isn't there the wait time is less and the food is made better. If on a time schedule I'd suggest going elsewhere.

Came through spent 25$ on ice cream cone and hot fudge Sundays with Carmel added. The Sunday did not have hot fudge I even questioned them and they said it was mixed in. Was supposed to have one twist cone dipped in cherry and it was regular vanilla. The cones were falling over poorly made.

Place is filthy dusty food under tables that didn't just get there today the number they gave us to put on our table had dry food on it as we sat there we noticed the cooler cake doors were discussing it was hard to choke down our two burgers we paid over $25 dollars for the sign by our booth said ... We promise, smile and be friendly , make it right, flip your blizzard ,say thank you ..AND UPHOLD CLEANLINESS STANDARDS .. maybe management should look around .
