Always great food and exceptional service and staff. One of out favorite places
Went out to dinner tonight at Toast. Plenty of people were at the restaurant but got seated as soon as we walked in. The host and the waitress were both very gracious. They have a variety of dishes from signature sandwiches, gourmet burgers and savory dinner entrees. We had the toast mac n cheese and the flat iron steak with green beans and mashed potato’s. Stayed in Lincoln Nb for a night, did some dinner research, TOAST was a quick drive...Well worth the Drive......ran into several people from out of town....So next time we stop in Nebraska, TOAST is a definite YES. Fantastic cocktails and great menu....Get the Meatloaf!!

Toast offers a pleasant dining experience with friendly and helpful servers. This Fallbrook staple has a wholesome atmosphere and super high ceilings, making it a great spot for families. The outdoor seating area is clean and nice during good weather, and the patio seating is a plus. While the brunch menu can be limiting, the burger is tasty, and the Cubano sandwich has received praise. Some sides, like fries and chips and queso, may not impress, and the Thai wrap may need more Asian influence, as noted by customers. Despite occasional slow service, it remains a nice little spot for lunch or dinner, worth a return visit to try other options.
