So I see a lot of bad reviews from a year or two ago but I’ve been ordering from here frequently and never have a problem but today the GM WAS IN STORE and took my order, I specified no mushrooms twice and it came with mushrooms. DaVinci's is a restaurant that has been described as having an old New York pizza parlor atmosphere, but with smaller pizza sizes. The food offerings have been praised for their quality, particularly the cheese steak and soup. However, there have been consistent complaints about the service, including issues with order accuracy and portion sizes. Some customers have reported that their orders were incomplete or incorrect, and others have mentioned that the staff seemed uncooperative or disrespectful. The restaurant has also received criticism for the amount of meat provided in certain dishes, with some customers feeling that they did not receive enough for the price. Overall, while the food at DaVinci's has been described as good, the service and portion sizes have been inconsistent and have detracted from the dining experience.
