Terrible service from last night. I was inside and ordered before a group of other people then I sat down. I noticed that group of people got their food before me. I waited patiently for a few minutes and then finally went up to the counter. Young lady asked if she could help me and I told her I was wondering about my food. She found it boxed up for takeout. I wasn't very happy and she asked if I wanted the manager to come speak to me which he never did. By this time, my cheese rolls were cold and my hoagie buns were soggy around the edges. I was running out of time so I just ate what I had. The guy that took my order also had to get the manager to help him with my gift card. I can't believe neither one of them tried to bring my food to me or even said your food is ready. I won't be going back to this location.

When ever we are in Lincoln we get the cheese steak sandwiches with the works!! Just wish we had one in York Nebraska with delivery service! We would never buy from pizza hut or valentinos again!! 😆 🤣

2023: It's kinda disappointing to see divinchis suck now. I used to enjoy the food there but it's gotten pretty bad lately which is sad. The interior is extremely beautiful though so I'll give them that.
Update 2025: ordered from them again I was halfway through my drink when I noticed few little guests having a pool party in my cup. Didn’t realized divincis added extra ingredients to their sodas. My toddler had a cup of the same soda too how delightful….

Ordered pizza and wings. Might as well have got the wings from Domino's. You should be embarrassed. What a joke do small a chicken hawk would be embarrassed. Pizza was cold. I will NOT order again.

Order not done right. Asked for no onions and extra meat. Got same amount of meat and had onions and no other veggies. Called a day later and they wouldnt bother reimbursing the order just said they would do better next time. Still had the receipt.
I ordered delivery, unfortunately they messed up my wife's order , she asked for no onions on her cheese steak , well there was onions, she got a combo meal, but we got the cheese steak with onions mind you, and no chips. We did receive the drink.not to impressed with this order after 22% tip .

Googled pizza and picked this place. Really good pepperoni cream cheese pizza! Nice crew behind the counter. Thank you. We were starving and you did not disappoint! Worth the 3 minute drive off I-80 we got our pizza in under 10 minutes.
