“I usually have great service from Insomnia and recently was the only hiccup. I ordered cookies like normal but this time there was a substantial delay. After an hour and a half I just assumed they wouldn't show up. Then I got a call and they apologized for the mix up and sent me my order AND refunded what I paid. Great service. “let me start by saying i am disappointed in how high-calorie a crumbl cookie is. you need to stretch the cookie out over at least two days to even consider treating yourself— not to mention the cost also warrants a multi day treat.

however, i must applaud this location for their friendliness and customer service, and delicious cookies that live up to the hype and quality we have come to know and love.“
