Early Bird Lincoln churro waffle, brioche French toast with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, Chocolate chip pancake, Early Bird Avocado Toast with a side of fresh fruit, carnivore hash and vegan chorizo in breakfast nachos and tacos. Prices are a little high but the quality is worth it. Service is great, tip top and friendly, and speed is extremely slow for a hurry. The restaurant is packed, with massive portions, a to-go bag, an absolute must. Ambient noise is a little loud but overall the experience is highly recommend and a true testament to how much people love the food.

We visited at about 10a on a Thursday. It was our first experience. It was awesome! The wait staff (one in training) were friendly and nice to visit with (out-of-towners). put my name on the wait list. they told me it would be 20-25 minutes. After 30 minutes I went back up and they told me another 20 minutes. This place could be a gem, totally mis managed. 1/2 the tables were open with a 50 minute wait list.
