Very subpar customer service
Tina and other staff helped get our wedding block situated at the Embassy and we stayed in a suite for the weekend for getting ready and the night of our wedding! Thanks for making us feel so special and making the process so smooth! We appreciated working with you all!
I got in the shower and got completely wet before finding out that there was absolutely no shampoo (bottles fixed to the wall). Not a drop. So I then figured I could at least use the soap to wash my body. Literally, not a drop of soap. I got out and called housekeeping. When they still hadn’t come an hour later, I got dressed and went to the front desk, who said they’d send someone. As of three hours later, when we left, we still had no shampoo or soap.
