I get Poke bowl couple times a month and it’s usually correct but not today. I got poke bowl & it was completely wrong . someone didn’t take their time to read the order/ label. It literally had 3-4 pieces of lettuce and lots of onions , when I didn’t even asked for them , dislike them very much . I didn’t get 🥒 or 🌽 , but instead I got lots of 🧅 and not very much rice either, and sauce was in the bowl when I asked for it on the side.

I went there for the first time today. I ordered Tonkatsu Ramen with 1/2 egg, crab Rangoon, and pork Katsu. I found the egg white I the bottom of the bowl of tepid broth and gummy noodles, ripped in half and no yolk. My Pork Katsu was way over cooked, almost black and dry. The crab Rangoon’s tasted good , and I enjoyed the sauce. I also enjoyed the chili sauce. This is why I never tip before I receive my order.

I loved the food at Grey Whale and it brought memories to me which I had never thought I'd remember again. I was reminiscing over my tuna bowl, while I was suddenly interrupted during my meal by my server; Andre Bowman. Although the food was amazing and life-changing, one could say, Andre Bowman's service ruined my experience.
