I have been a steady patron spending around $200.00 a month there. Saturday I had company so thought I’d let them see what NE. BBQ was like. One slab was just ok, another was good and the third was not moist, hard ends that could not be chewed, really bad. One of qt of potatoes the potatoes in top of container were good but the bottom half were hard and dry.
