I found myself in Lincoln Nebraska at the end of a long day recently. I was parked on the side of the street and looked around to see where I could eat before a 3 hour drive to my next destination when I saw Honest Abe's burgers just across the street from where I was parked. Of COURSE I had to go try it and I was not disappointed. My burger and fries were fresh and delicious and the ladies working there were friendly. The signs, artwork, and general decor were fun - especially to me!

The fries are always top notch and they've got great unique flavors for their burgers. I absolutely love the hammer of thor, although I've yet to get a burger I didn't like here. I've not gotten a milkshake at this location, but they've been great at other locations. One of my companions got a salad this last time and it seemed like a great portion size like all of their other options.
Parking: Shared parking lot with multiple other businesses
Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu and it has a laid back vibe that is appropriate for children.

I ordered curbside pickup due to the fact that I have you g kids that can’t stay in the car by themselves. When I got to the place I said I arrived online and the website said they had my order ready and that they would bring it out to my car. Waited for about 10 min and nothing. Finally I called and the lady said the order was ready and that I had to go pick it up inside. She ended up bringing it to the door but I thought the whole point of curbside pick up is so you don’t have to get out of your car.

First time trying and we will be driving back over from Omaha to enjoy again!! Burgers were crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Toppings were sooo good. Mine had grilled Brussel sprouts! I don’t like sweet tea but I tried their Apple cinnamon sweet tea and it was fabulous!!

I want to first say this location is always so welcoming, fun and full of energy from the minute you enter the establishment to the minute you get your food. We are frequent customers here and we got noticed today and we got a complimentary shake!! Not only does it feel good to get a warm welcoming but also being treated with great customer service! It’s not about the shake it’s about them understanding who their loyal customers are and making sure they are well taken care of! Favorite location in town!!

First of all, the ice cream machine was broken. Like, if I wanted McDonald’s…… nvm A hoard of people waiting for lids Drink station dirty The group that came in 5 -10 min after I ordered somehow got their food before I did. And they had at least 4 meals. By then, I had already noticed a few to-go orders were ready. Still, nothing. After seemingly being ignore by the worker wearing the Leather Jacket, I was finally able to ask when my order would be ready. Turns out, it was sitting there getting cold the whole time. Cool. After checking my order, I was missing fries. And the fries I did receive were stale. Paid $31 for two basic meals, not to mention the tip they request before you experience any service. I’ve had much better experiences at other locations. I’m not sure how this one manages to have 4.5 stars, because I did not receive that service during this visit. Overall, overpriced for the service, atmosphere and quality of the food.

I order for four people. The chicken tenders, too salty. They were in a form of like balls. The burgers, no flavor at all and they were way too small. The fries where cold and they serve you only a couple of fries. Overall, for the quality of the food, I consider it way too pricey. So for four people they charge more than $60 just for the record, the chicken tenders where from kids menu.
