Service and food are both amazing

The fact that Hy-Vee made the decision to have InstaCart do their shopping should not have a negative impact on my service. I pay for Hy-Vee Perks for a reason. However, whom ever did my shopping today, made selections without me having any say. They replaced rice cauliflower with rice cauliflower veggies. I am not able to eat that or I would have ordered that. I also have a difficult time understanding that there is no substitute option for a frozen pizza. This is unacceptable for the prices that you charge and the idea that I have to purchase a separate membership yearly.

I had had to over pay because they cant give you a huge-vee card at the register. I couldn't get the sale price on any items I bought.

Sitting here a half an hour after our food was placed and still haven’t got anything. Not even half of the tables are full. Do better Hy-Vee

I dig shopping at Hy-Vee on Stacey Lane, Lincoln, NE. When you walk in the door, they have the kindest greeters with great big smiles. The employees consistently greet you while you are going down the aisles. They are quick to show you where something is located. They always make me feel cared for and are quick to meet my needs.I favor Hy-vee because they have so much to offer. They have grocery items from food to animal toys. Hy-Vee offers a food court including a buffet style with an array of salads, potato salad, and sweet desserts. Delish! A few of my favs are their Chinese dishes, deep-fat fried french fries, and tasty fish that doesn't taste too fishy. Their deli has an array of sliced turkey, ham, fish, and specialty cheeses. They are speedy to fill your order. They have a healthy food section for those that are healthy nuts and for those conscious of eating fresh foods and low-fat chips and other goodies that are geared towards fat-free, carb-free, and gluten-free foods.Another benefit of the store is its own pharmacy. The pharmacists and assistants compliment the store employees with award-winning positive attitudes. They have an open area to the right of the store where they have a Wine & Spirits Department. Wine to dine and beer to cheer!Last, of all, the appearance of the store is tidy whitey. I could eat off those shiny white floors. I will pass on that!Their prices overall are steeper than other grocery stores. It is worth the cost because they sell fresh fruits and vegetables and have a decent meat/fish department. They have a Hy-Vee Perks card you can use when buying a bunch of groceries and it drives the cost of gas per gallon down from anywhere between 25 to 75 cents a gallon.Hy-Vee is a group of people invested in their customers. They take pride in their work and it shows in the way they treat me every time I drop by to pick something up.I love the vibe of the store, its layout, and the people that have molded a culture that is client focused. I can never go wrong when I visit their store frequently!

The store on North 27th street in Lincoln has recently rearranged their shelving. They elminatde the entire center aisle so that now customers must walk from one end of the store to the other just to change aisles. No regard for customers time or the disabled customers. Absolutely rediculous. I now show at Super Saver on 27th and cornhusker.

I haven't been to this location in years. I worked here in 2000, and I only visited once in a blue moon after I quit because there were other Hy-Vee stores closer to where I lived. Since I happened to be close to the Hy-Vee because of work, I decided to visit after work yesterday. To say that the store looks different now is a huge understatement! I used to think the location on South 70th was the best looking Hy-Vee store. This location might as well be considered the flagship store for Lincoln. Everything about the store looks so upscale and modern. I love how there is now a gap on the middle of the long isles making it easier to navigate the store. Going with less artificial lighting and adding natural lighting with sky lights was a great change. I wonder if that design was inspired by Walmart. Overall, this store looks great. It's barely recognizable compared to what I remember it looking like many years ago. Maybe one day the other Hy-Vee stores will be remodeled to look similar? I'm still upset that Hy-Vee stores still aren't open 24/7 and probably won't be again. Maybe one day I will get over that, but that day is not today.

The hostess stood at her stand wrapping silverware. No eye contact, no acknowledgement. After 5 minutes of this, we left. Very disappointing.

Definitely NOT express! Waited 40 mins for our skillet meals. Visited on a Sunday morning, but it was not busy, just steady. Won't be back.

10/10. The pharmacy tech people are super nice and the store is incredibly organized. Easily the best Hy-Vee in town.

The stuffed jalapeño peppers from the meat department are ridiculously hot, don’t get me wrong I like spicy but good lord take some of the seeds out. My entire dinner is ruined because my mouth is on fire. I will NEVER buy these from your store again. What a waste of 12 dollars plus my dinner for the evening.

Ordered breakfast waited patiently for my French toast and a half hour later nothing. I got money back and left, will not be returning any time soon
