I dig shopping at Hy-Vee on Stacey Lane, Lincoln, NE. When you walk in the door, they have the kindest greeters with great big smiles. The employees consistently greet you while you are going down the aisles. They are quick to show you where something is located. They always make me feel cared for and are quick to meet my needs.I favor Hy-vee because they have so much to offer. They have grocery items from food to animal toys. I haven't been to this location in years. I worked here in 2000, and I only visited once in a blue moon after I quit because there were other Hy-Vee stores closer to where I lived. Since I happened to be close to the Hy-Vee because of work, I decided to visit after work yesterday. To say that the store looks different now is a huge understatement! I had a online order that didn’t seem to go through, when I called to see if it was done, they didn’t see it on there end that I had ordered at all. The lady on the phone was rushing to get me off of the phone, wasn’t too professional, made it sound like it was my fault or that I was making the order up to get free food.
