The place is very good, I don't understand why it has such a low rating here and it's good that I took the risk and went to see for myself. The service and food were excellent, I will definitely return. The spicy miso ramen if spicy enough, was delicious and in a large portion. I don't remember the name of the other dish but it was also very delicious.
This was such a good surprise, I wouldn't call them Japanese, is its own thing. Delicious food, fusion of different flavors and very good flavors. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because the food took so long, but they were so kind to us as well.

It's nice that there is finally a decent Ramen place in Lincoln. Service could have been better, but overall a good experienceVegetarian options: One vegetarian option on the menu. If you want it vegan you'll have to sub the ramen noodles for udon and request no egg and no sauce.Kid-friendliness: They do have kids ramen on request, but it's not on the menu
