I can’t think of a more entitled jerk of a manager as “Spencer” since eating here. Love jimmy johns can’t stand disrespectful arrogant people like this. As a business owner I would have never, one promoted an unqualified person as him and two, to sit and eat there after being mis treated by him and find out he is the manager is the most understandable reason to why Jimmy Johns doesn’t retain any people. Not freaky fast! Over 20 min late on delivery and still waiting and the only thing I get when I call to follow up is, “we are behind”. Well now the rest of my day is behind too, thanks for screwing my day up jimmy johns!
