Another very disappointing visit last night!!!!! Orderded chicken tenders and wanted to try the BBQ. Sure for a $4.95 service fee I believed he called it.. No thank You...WOW. And most disappointing......Chicken was cold and hard to eat. Obviously NOT fresh. Losing faith in KFC would have filed a complaint if they bothered to give us a receipt, not the first time. Isnt that convenient couldn't even get a refund if I wanted to
