McDonald's sucks!!! The service is horrible. The food is horrible. The value is absolutely terrible now. Use to be cheap alternative but not anymore. I will eat almost anywhere else from now on.

There is a woman there who works everyday and night. I wanted to do something for her because she works so hard. She's amazing. Shes definitely a manager. But usually in the mornings. She deserves an A++++++ and the nice man who gave me 100 dollars one night when I had lost everything. Hmmmmmmm I would say that is the best staff by far. People who care. 👍 👍

Consistently (>50%) get my order wrong. All i order is a Diet Dr. Pepper. Guy taking order gets it right, people at the food counter give me regular, and say it's diet when I ask. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but I am a diabetic. Massive difference in carbs/sugar

Allows app orders when the store is not open for the day.
Waited 30 minutes for a pie, which wouldn't normally be a problem but they didn't tell us what was going on. in the past when this has happened at other McDonalds they ask if we would like to switch it out. This did not happen, and when I tried to talk to someone at the counter, they would go and hide in the back. Terrible service, I will not be coming back here which is sad, because it's the closest to my apartment.
