The service is great. The food is actually very average. The soup of the pho seems a bit lazy, as it is just a soy-sauce base with little beef broth. It is also very sweet...which is not what I expect from pho broth.
If you want that authentic Vietnamese cuisine (from the soothing, savoring pho to juicy, delicious BBQ), then Vung Tau Pho Grill is the place for you! It is a family-owned restaurant! The quality of the food exceeds my expectations every time! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming! Not only do they do dine-ins, but also take-outs. Recently, I ordered the Com Gà Nuóng (grilled chicken over rice) and Peach Boba w/ Tapioca for take-out and ate it on campus. It was delicious indeed....read full review

By far the best Pho I’ve had since moving back to Nebraska. It’s crave-worthy, I had it for lunch today and still thinking about having it for lunch tomorrow. That broth and brisket is so good!!! Only suggestion is to invest in the bigger take out bowls.
