I ordered 2 meals inside to go. I waited 25 minutes for them . When I got my food finally I opened it in my car only to see my fry’s were half full tried them to find out they were old . I was upset and just left . One I got home and opened my bacon double cheeseburger I also seen no bacon. Terrible service

I had such a well mannered young man on the evening after sun went down help me and my grandson take our order my grandson 6 was bn shy I couldn't figure out wat he wanted n is happy meal I was getting aggravated just bit and the employee bent down to my grandsons level a bit he said what would u like sir my grandson is picky mind you felt then at ease giving the man his order so for a happy meal order he wanted plain cheese burger and he knows no caffeine pop then proceeds to finally to tell the gentleman he wants HyCee with a splash of Fanta pop! It was so cute and the employee found us aways away from counter and delivered my boy his order to him directly! Thought I'd share story because this employee I hope manager will see my post or even sum1 of higher rank and give this well spoken young man a promotion and or validate his proformance! It made the rest of our evening a happy one for sure! And to his parents the definitely raised a spataculer young man! P.S I TRYD THE MIXTURE OF POP AND DARN GOOD WITH JUST THAT SLASH! I COULDNT RESIST! "IT WAS ON THE 29TH OF JANUARY 2024 AROUND 8PM" THANKS MCDONALDS IM LOVIN IT!!!!!!!!!

Please put ice in the Tea...Every time I ask for extra ice, they never put ice. Then when you ask for more ice at the Window, they roll their eyes. FRUSTRATING!! Food was good. If they get it right. Used to go every morning before work.

Did an online order for counter pickup at night. Have been waiting for 15 minutes at the counter and have not not been greeted once. I don't know if I will ever get my chicken sandwich and fries l :-(.
